Starting November 1, we’ll gather twice a month online to honor the New Moon and Full Moon with movement, connection & intention.

Here’s what you’ll receive each month:

  •  Two Zoom Yoga Circles:

    • New Moon Yoga-Dance Flow for manifesting

    • Full Moon Slow Yoga for releasing & grounding

  •  Circle Share Post-Movement Session – connect with each other and share in the sisterhood

  •  Access to 100+ Yoga Videos in our library, like “Goddess Glutes” and “21 Day Yoga Program”

  •  Community on WhatsApp – weekly journal prompts & a suggested video for added support

November’s Class Dates:

  • New Moon: Friday, Nov 1st, 7pm EST

  • Full Moon: Thursday, Nov 14th, 8:30pm EST
    (Classes align with each month’s new and full moons; replays available)
